Spreading the CRC at CPAC

From Thursday the 7th until Saturday the 9th, the nations wide array of conservatives gathered in Washington D.C. for the Conservative Political Action Conference, or CPAC for short. This year was monumental for two reasons. First of all it was the largest CPAC ever, likely due to the elections this year. Second, President Bush gave a speech Friday morning.

All of that aside, there were a good number of university students attending and a good number of them were Catholic, concerned with the crises that saturate our society, the same crises that is eating away at our family values. When I told them about the Campus Rosary Crusade, their eyes lit up with enthusiasm. It put into perspective, for me at least, the longing that many college students have to publicly reject the moral deterioration of society and the culture.

I'm praying that these students will answer the call to start a Campus Rosary Crusade group at their school. If you would like to start your own Rosary group at your school, you can contact me at mjt1886@gmail.com, or TFP Student Action at studentaction@tfp.org. May Our Lady Bless your Rosary group with success and spiritual prosperity.
